With over 20 years of management experience, having worked in a corporate environment with prestigious companies like Broadway Across America, the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, Disney Theatrical, Keller Williams Realty, and Sotheby’s International Realty; Sol Scott is a dynamic and experienced professional with proven history of implementing effective programs and procedures, increasing revenue and reducing operating costs for individual professionals and organizations.
After five years as Marketing Director for Sotheby’s International Realty, Sol decided to enhance her knowledge by becoming a Real Estate Sales Associate. She launched her own entrepreneurial venture offering lifestyle management & concierge services to affluent clients, celebrities and business leaders. She has an all-encompassing knowledge of the industry from client relations, to contracts, to closings, and primarily the marketing and branding. Sol is fluent in Spanish and has a great understanding of the diversity of cultures and international influences that affect the market. Sol measures her success by the relationships she builds along the way.
Sol takes a strong interest in how an objective or work can help support others and bring balance in life. She has a passion for helping business owners grow their business and increase their daily productivity by passing on her marketing and technology experience through training, support and virtual marketing services. Kate Macioce, a Fort Lauderdale native and prior corporate Vice President, is the newest addition to the SSRE Marketing team. After several years as a successful business owner and entrepreneur, she began a real estate career as an agent for Century 21. She was soon recruited to join a top producing real estate team at Keller Williams holding the sales record for the Southeast Florida region. In 2004, Kate joined The Elmes Group, a team of luxury waterfront specialists and the record-breaking top producer in Broward County. As Sales Manager, in addition to managing the day-to-day operations and motivating the sales team, Kate was responsible for the contract-to-close process for all transactions. That year, Kate successfully closed over $93 million dollars in real estate transactions which required extensive coordinating of Realtors, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and title professionals in the very fast paced and demanding luxury marketplace.
Kate then continued providing high level, dependable service to Realtors and their clientele as Team Manager at Sotheby’s Realty, where she contributed to closing a combined $206 million. Kate managed the office operations at Ropes Associates, a Real Estate career recruiter in the real estate development industry. Kate’s high energy combined with her business savvy has been instrumental in positioning her into her current role as Director of Social Media for SSRE Marketing, supporting our clients in all aspects of online marketing.
An expert in her field, with decades of experience supporting clients in the Real Estate and advertising industries, Lisa is responsible for handling the fundamental aspects of financial record keeping, including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and completing annual tax forms. As a Business Manager, she has overseen the day-to-day operations of numerous business entities and has played an essential role in coordinating the various support services and personnel needed to ensure that a business runs smoothly. Lisa is a tenacious and charismatic professional with an empowering thirst for life. She embraces new technology and methods that can help improve operations.
