Kate Macioce, a Fort Lauderdale native and prior corporate Vice President, is an essential asset to the SSRE Marketing team. After several years as a successful business owner and entrepreneur, she began a real estate career as an agent for Century 21. She was soon recruited to join a top producing real estate team at Keller Williams holding the sales record for the Southeast Florida region. In 2004, Kate joined The Elmes Group, a team of luxury waterfront specialists and the record-breaking top producer in Broward County. As Sales Manager, in addition to managing the day-to-day operations and leading the sales team, Kate was responsible for the contract-to-close process for all transactions. Her first year, Kate successfully closed over $93 million dollars in real estate transactions which required extensive coordinating of Realtors, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and title professionals in the very fast paced and demanding luxury marketplace.
Kate then continued providing high level, dependable service to Realtors and their clientele as Team Manager at Sotheby’s Realty, where she contributed to closing a combined $206 million. Kate managed the office operations at Ropes Associates, a Real Estate career recruiter in the real estate development industry. Kate’s high energy combined with her business savvy has been instrumental in positioning her into her current role for SSRE Marketing, supporting our clients in all aspects of online marketing.
When she takes a pause from engaging and interacting with clients, Kate is a multi-talented custom designer, decorator and super mom to her three awesome girls. Kate is the girl everyone loves to talk to!
